Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGrand Marnier
3/4 ozLemon juice
2 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker except sparkling wine.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine.
  6. Stir gently.
  7. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
