Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
1 ozTriple sec
1 ozPink grapefruit juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
2 barspoonsHoney
to topLemon-lime soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add honey, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add gin, triple sec and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.
