Ingredients

1 1/2 ozNew make spirit
10 pieceMint leaves
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a collins glass.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except the club soda to the glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
  4. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
