1/4 ozAbsinthe
1 leafCilantro
1 ozApple juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1 barspoonApple schnapps
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add cilantro to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a cilantro leaf.
