Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add all ingredients except the ginger beer and dark rum to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- Float dark rum on top.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and an orchid.
