Ingredients

3/4 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
2 ozGin (tea infused)

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
