Ingredients

1/2 ozScotch whisky
2 ozAmontillado sherry
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozPineapple syrup
1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with an Angostura bitters and a pineapple wedge.
