1/2 ozFino sherry
1 1/2 ozCoconut water
1/2 barspoonGomme syrup
2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a dried coconut.
