

Ingredients
2 ozPisco
12 pieceMint leaves
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
3/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozVanilla syrup
1 dashAngostura bitters
to topGinger beer
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add mint leaves to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
