Ingredients

2 ozRye whiskey
1/2 ozDry vermouth
1/2 ozAmaro
3 sliceCucumber

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add cucumber to the glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a cucumber slice.
