Ingredients

1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozCherry brandy
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashCherry bitters
1 1/2 ozClub soda
3/4 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a snifter glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the club soda and sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with club soda and sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
