1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozCherry brandy
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashCherry bitters
1 1/2 ozClub soda
3/4 ozSparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a snifter glass.
- Add all ingredients except the club soda and sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with club soda and sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
