Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozYellow Chartreuse
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1/2 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the club soda to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries and a mint sprig.
