  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add green grapes to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients except the ginger ale to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  6. Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig.
