1 ozBrandy
1 ozSloe gin
1 ozGreen Chartreuse
1 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
1 pinchSalt
2 ozClub soda
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients except the club soda to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Double strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist, a lemon wedge and a maraschino cherry.
