Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozOloroso sherry
3/4 ozTriple sec

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with grated orange, lemon zest mixed with sugar rim.
