Ingredients

2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozPedro Ximénez sherry
1/2 ozOrancio vino aperitif
1/4 ozMandarin liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist and redcurrants.
