Ingredients

1 1/2 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1/4 ozAmontillado sherry
2 dashWorcestershire sauce
2 1/4 ozTomato juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
8 dropHot sauce
3 dropSaline solution 4:1
3 pinchBlack pepper

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a salt rim, a pepperoni, a lemon wedge and a green olive.
