3/4 ozGold rum
1/4 ozFino sherry
1 barspoonCorn/maize liqueur
1 barspoonLime juice
1/2 ozBanana liqueur
3 sliceBanana
2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Muddle banana with cachaça and rum in base of shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a dried banana chip.
