1/2 ozCoconut cream

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and pour into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry and a mint sprig.
