1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozAverna Amaro
1/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (1:1)
1 dashAngostura bitters
to topTonic water
Instructions
- Fill a collins glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients except the tonic water to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime peel twist.
