Ingredients

1/2 ozBlackberry liqueur
3/4 ozApple brandy
1/4 ozSour apple liqueur
to topRosé sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the rosé sparkling wine to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with rosé sparkling wine and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a blackberry.
