Ingredients

1 ozGold rum

1/2 ozLime juice

1/2 ozHoney syrup

1 1/2 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

Chill a highball glass.
Add all ingredients except the sparklin wine to a shaker.
Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
Strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
Stir gently.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
