1 ozBianco vermouth
1 ozGentian liqueur
4 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a cucumber slice and an orange peel twist.
