Ingredients

1 1/2 ozMezcal
1 ozSweet vermouth
3/4 ozAmericano rosso
1/4 ozWhite crème de cacao
1/4 barspoonAbsinthe

Instructions

  1. Chill a toddy glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
