

Ingredients
1 ozMezcal
1/2 ozGentian liqueur
1/2 ozCoconut rum liqueur
3/4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1/4 barspoonAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Float bitters on top.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
