Ingredients

1 ozMezcal
1/2 ozGentian liqueur
1/2 ozCoconut rum liqueur
3/4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1/4 barspoonAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Float bitters on top.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
