1 barspoonRose water
1/4 ozHoney syrup
0.5Egg white
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
- Float rose petal garnish.
- Garnish with a rose petal.
