Ingredients

1 1/2 ozWhite rum
3/4 ozCampari
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
8 dropSaline solution 4:1

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a dried pineapple wedge.
