Ingredients

2 ozGin
2 ozPink grapefruit juice
2 barspoonsHoney
to topClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add honey, pink grapefruit juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add gin and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice.
