Ingredients

1 1/4 ozGin
1 ozOrange juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
2 1/2 ozTonic water

Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the tonic water to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a mint sprig.
