Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGold rum
1 ozEspresso
8 pieceMint leaves
1/2 ozBrown simple syrup
1 1/4 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a snifter glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a ground coffee.
