1/2 ozSweet vermouth
1/2 barspoonPedro Ximénez sherry
3/4 ozCaramel liqueur
1/4 ozDark Crème de cacao
5 dashChocolate bitters
Instructions
- Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a raisin nut chocolate.
