

Ingredients
1 ozRye whiskey
3/4 ozSweet vermouth
1 ozGentian liqueur
3/4 ozPink grapefruit juice
1 1/4 ozTonic water
1 1/4 ozGinger ale
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add all ingredients except the ginger ale and tonic water to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with ginger ale and tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and a mint sprig.
