Ingredients

3/4 ozGin
3/4 ozTriple sec
3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
1/2 barspoonAbsinthe
3/4 ozLemon juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
