3/4 ozGreen Chartreuse
3/4 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with an edible flower and a maraschino cherry.
