1 ozBlanco tequila
3/4 ozMezcal
3/4 ozPamplemousse liqueur
1/2 ozCampari
3/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Rim glass with smoked salt (moisten outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into salt).
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a smoked salt rim.
