Ingredients

2 ozReposado tequila
1/4 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1/4 ozTriple sec
3 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except whiskey to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Float whiskey on top.
  6. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
