Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVodka
1 1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
4 dropSaline solution 4:1
4 dashGrapefruit bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass and prepare with a salt rim.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a salt rim and a grapefruit slice.
