1 1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
4 dropSaline solution 4:1
4 dashGrapefruit bitters
Instructions
- Chill a highball glass and prepare with a salt rim.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a salt rim and a grapefruit slice.
