Ingredients

1/4 ozMezcal
1 1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1 ozAperol
1 1/2 ozTonic water

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except mezcal to the glass and stir gently.
  3. Float mezcal on top.
  4. Garnish with a dried grapefruit slice.
