Ingredients

3/4 ozVermouth Amaro
1 barspoonGrenadine
3 dashCreole bitters
1 1/2 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a flamed orange peel twist and a maraschino cherry.
