1 1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozSweet vermouth
4 pieceSage leaves
3 pieceMaraschino cherry
1 ozPineapple juice
1 barspoonMaraschino syrup
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add sage leaves to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and sage leaves.
