Ingredients

1 1/2 ozScotch whisky
1/2 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1/2 ozPedro Ximénez sherry
1/4 ozPastis

Instructions

  1. Chill a nick & Nora glass and rinse with pastis, discarding any excess.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a green olives.
