Ingredients

2 ozOld Tom gin
3 dropVanilla extract
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 barspoonOrange flower water
3/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
3/4 ozCream
to topClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the preparred glass.
  6. Top with the club soda and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.
