1 1/2 ozWhite crème de cacao
1 barspoonVanilla extract
1 barspoonOrange flower water
0.5Egg white
1 ozCream
1 ozSparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a flute glass.
- Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a chocolate.
