Ingredients

1 ozFino sherry
2 ozAdvocaat liqueur
1/2 ozLime cordial
2 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a lime peel twist and cocoa powder.
