Ingredients

1 1/4 ozPoire William
1 1/4 ozPear and cognac liqueur
3 ozPear juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
2 dashAngostura bitters
to topGinger beer

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a pear slice.
