Ingredients

1 1/4 ozLimoncello liqueur
1 wedgeLemon wedge
2 dashAngostura bitters
3 ozTonic water

Instructions

  1. Build in a Collins glass filled with ice.
  2. Muddle lemon in base of a sturdy rocks glass and then pour into serving glass.
  3. Fill glass with ice, add limoncello and bitters.
  4. Top with tonic and lightly stir.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice.
