1 1/4 ozTsipouro
1/2 ozSour apple liqueur
1/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashCelery bitters
2 ozSparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a Collins glass.
- Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over ice in the prepared glass.
- Top with sparkling wine and briefly stir.
- Garnish with a basil leaf.
