Ingredients

1 ozSweet vermouth
1 ozCampari
to topPink grapefruit soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except the pink grapefruit soda to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with pink grapefruit soda and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
