1 ozScotch whisky
3/4 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1/2 ozGinger liqueur
1 barspoonAmaro
3/4 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozHoney syrup
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a candied ginger and a peated whisky mist.
