Ingredients

1 ozCachaça
1/2 ozLicor 43
1 ozPear purée
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with ground cinnamon and a pear wedge.
